When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records server log files that may contain: IP address, requested URL, date and time of access, data volume transferred, browser and operating system. 6. Usage Analytics (Koko Analytics)

This website uses Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly WordPress plugin for usage analysis.

Koko Analytics does not set any cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not collect any personal data. It only records anonymous, aggregated statistics (page views, visitors, referrers). All data is stored exclusively in the local WordPress database on our server in Germany. No data is transmitted to third parties.

7. Track Report Form

The report form collects the following data, stored on our server in Germany:

  • Name (free text)
  • Email address
  • Reported track (title, artist, Spotify ID)
  • Reason for the report
  • Timestamp

This data is used solely for quality assurance and is not shared with third parties. Processed reports are deleted after a maximum of 90 days.
